Vice President, Communications and Business Development

Mr. Wray supports the CSS business development program, collaborating with other members of the leadership team to develop our business development strategy, select bid opportunities, and develop and implement proposal management plans. He began his career working for Eaton Corporation supporting their semi-conductor equipment division, and has spent the past 20-years in multiple positions within the CSS enterprise including Human Resources and Business Development. Mr. Wray holds a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College and graduate work in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University.
