Ms. Morekas oversees the contractual and technical activities of CSS and also leads our Emergency Preparedness and Response operations. She has proven management skills and success in technical training and project direction, contract administration, business development and proposal preparation. She has managed programs and projects for federal and state/local agencies and for clients in the chemical, manufacturing, property development, and petroleum sectors. She holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry from McDaniel College and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University.
